Hi Friends & Welcome!

All tumblers are insulated, double walled stainless steel. Each is personally made by hand by me. There is a great deal of work put into each creation, so this does take time. For this reason, if you need your tumbler by a certain date, please contacted me prior to placing an order for any "Made to Order" tumblers. At the bottom of this page, you will find important information about the shop policies and tumbler care.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

I am glad to ship internationally! 

Please contact me directly before ordering if you live outside the US.  The shipping on the site for international orders is showing much higher than what I can ship for. Contact me and we can work it out. For example, I have recently shipped to Canada 🇨🇦  for about $22 usd and to the UK 🇬🇧 for about $30 usd.

Shop Policies & Care Instructions

📌SHOP POLICIES:

1) Once your tumbler order has been placed, you agree that I do not accept returns or cancellations due to the nature that these are customized products.

2) Full payment is required in order to process your order and be placed on the production list. Turn around times will not begin until payment is received.

3) The current turn around time is 2 to 3 weeks.These are ranges and do not guarantee a specific date unless agreed upon. If you need a product by a specific date, please contact me to ensure that is possible.

4) I will provide tracking information through email once your product is shipped. All products are inspected before shipping. If there is any damage during shipping please contact me and include pictures of the damaged packaging (if any) and products. Please contact me within 24 hours after the delivery of the item.

5) Please double check any spelling or grammar for any requested names or quotes. I am not responsible for any mistakes made on the customer's end.

6) All items are handmade and as a result, may contain slight imperfections. Designs and glitter may vary from cup to cup. Colors also vary in pictures due to lighting or display. Non-glittered cups may contain stray glitter. Just rest assured that I put in lots of love and care into each tumbler that I create.

7) To ensure the life of your tumbler please follow the care card instructions that are included. The shop is not responsible for damage due to improper care.

📌CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Hand wash only - Not dishwasher safe

2) Do not soak

3) Dry immediately

4) Not microwave safe

5) Not freezer safe

6) Do not drop - Dropping could damage the epoxy

7) Avoid leaving in extreme temperatures (for example: hot cars)

8) Do not clean using alcohol or other harsh chemicals
